The Boulevard floor lamp easily illuminates a living room, den or bedroom while projecting stylish sophistication. The chunky satin steel pole body and matching finial create a floating effect for the white silk-like fabric drum shade. Double sockets operated by pull-chains can be fitted with 100 Watt incandescent or equivalent bulbs. Two pull chain switches, each with on/off functionality allow for a dim or bright light setting. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Bulbs are not included.

A: You asked this question so long ago I'm not sure my answer will be helpful. This lamp is very easy to assemble. It is a great lamp. We ordered 2 of them online. One of them came with a slight dent in the lampshade but we warmed it with a blow dryer and were able to smooth out the crease. It is nice to be able to have a choice of turning on just 1 or both lights. Love the lighting it projects. Warm and homey.

After countless attempts to screw the pieces together I had two family members also try - but no luck. The pieces are defective and don't connect. I give the look and sturdiness 5 stars but overall 2 because so many other posts said it was defective and seems like no product updates have been made. I should have taken other reviews more seriously.

I bought this lamp a couple of years ago and used it lightly (once on and once off per day). Despite always pulling the chain very gently, it broke off inside the socket. I googled how to repair it and it seems like you can repair broken chain pulls for most lamps - but not this one! I took it apart but you can't detach the socket from the lamp base like most other lamps. I then contacted Adesso customer service and they said that it is not repairable. I would recommend another lamp manufacturer with standard, repairable sockets.

The base has a weight in it that is basically concrete in plastic. Unfortunately, the base just crumbled to pieces while the rest of the lamp is in perfect shape. I contacted Adesso but they offer no replacement parts so it's basically trash at this point. Loved it while it worked.

Don't buy it. Looks great on the picture, the shades are great size, the material is high quality, but couldn't put the rods straight, my husband tried several times, believe me, we tried. I really wanted to keep it. Unfortunately is defective. the screw in was not made right and that's why it's impossible to put the rods straight.

Nice and solid lamp for the price. The threads didn't line up easily so it was difficult to get each piece on perfectly straight. I had to use a wrench to get the top finial off in order to put on the shade. It is a very big shade, but looks nice in my space. It is heavy and sturdy, and a pretty lamp. I'm happy with it!

This lamp was nice but ultimately didn't suit my needs. The shade is very large and the lamp itself is pretty short. It's also very bright, even with just one bulb on. I intended to use it in my baby's nursery, but it was just wouldn't work. As this lamp was pretty expensive, I ultimately returned it.

This lamp looks great in our living room. Just what we wanted. Which is why I give it 3 stars. However, I'm super frustrated that, as another reviewer mentions, the top part does not screw correctly onto the lamp. Now I have to call Target and figure this out. Return it? Get a replacement? Get a new part? Who has time for this?

I like this lamp! Love the pull strings and having two levels of light. Base and lamp pole sturdy. Shade allows a nice amount of light in. One problem: the top finial that holds the shade onto the pole does not fit the stem. The groves are not right. I had to buy any old one I could find at local hardware store. Working with Target to get a new finial piece that matches. This is the reason I hate online shopping! There is always a problem!

This lamp is a great value. It looks perfect in our nursery and I just want to point out that it is fairly durable as it has survived my toddler who has been walking for about 10 months now. We have owned it for more than 2 years now and I am still happy with it. Also, I don't think we have changed the bulbs more than once in that time period. I like that there are two bulbs in there so you can choose how much light you need. I am very picky at choosing lamps and very happy with this one!

I instantly regretted not heeding the warnings of the other reviewers that mentioned the poor quality, difficult assembly and misleading height information. The lamp SHOULD be easy to assemble - a simple matter of screwing together a few pieces of the base - but the poor quality construction of the threading made even that little job impossible. To make matters worse, in order to pull the pieces back apart to get the lamp back in the box, I had to get out my rubber palmed work gloves to get a good enough grip. And to add insult to injury, the styrofoam used to pack the lamp is so cheap it broke into a million little pieces all over my living room. I spent an hour cleaning up the mess. Finally, the photo is totally misleading with regard to the height. The lamp is short. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Save yourself the aggravation and buy something else. This thing is a lemon.

Great lamp! Easy to assemble. Takes 2 100 watt bulbs, so my living room is finally bright enough to see in. Very sturdy. Should hold up well with my 3 kids and 2 cats.

This lamp is okayyyy. My biggest issue with this lamp is that the pieces are very tricky to screw together. The threads are super thin and very easy to mess up. We literally still can't get the bottom one that screws into the base. So the lamp is a little lopsided. I like the style of the lamp and I love the quality. I just wish it could go together a little easier.
