    Picture looks good

    My stool arrived damaged. The parts were ""wrapped"" in bubble wrap so loosely that the metal legs gouged the wooden parts in many places. I'm glad this wasn't intended as a gift! One of the welded in bolts broke off cleanly when I tried to match up the holes, so I only have 3 holding the seat on now. Not happy with this purchase and do not recommend it.

    Received item the first time - the seat was a mess with scratches and gouges in the wood, box was damaged. Was replaced and the second chair, the wood was also damaged in the same manner. Not packed very well. Must be the way it was packed because it was the First time I’ve ever received damaged items from LTD. Received a refund, but unfortunately still had to pay the extra cost for the shipping!

    Poor manufacturing Missing parts

    Just bought this in white. Paint is poor, black showing through. Slight bend in cross where stool to attach, interferes with level seat. Stool in pieces and delivered w NO nuts or fasteners to assemble. Box was all taped up. Cost extra to ship because of weight, but box was light. Avoid junk. Call to request hardware so I could put together, 2 weeks and waiting.

    Swivel stool

    Do not waste your time or money. This was Shipped so poorly that the base had a broken piece, and the seat was dinged up. No shipping portection. Only thin bubble wrap. The box looked like it was drop kicked across a football field! Then I had to go thru the trouble of sending it back.

    Adjustable Swivel Stool with Back

    Purchased this stool about a month ago. It arrived damaged (one of the supports for the seat was bent such that the seat could not be attached to the swivel). The shipping box was damaged to the point that the stool could not be returned. The replacement stool was received, it also arrived damaged - the seat and back have severe gouges. The stools need to packed with MUCH thicker padding so the contents can be received without damage.

    Good looking

    I just purchased these Seidel chairs to offset my kitchen and they look amazing. I really appreciate that the chairs were already put together except for the chair part and that was the easiest part to do. Thank u. I really like my chairs even I just have them for decoration
