Great for what it does
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buttons are super responsive, the D-pad feels tight (in a good way), and the analog sticks have just the right amount of resistance for precision in games like Mario Kart Nexus and Zelda: Echoes of Time. It doesn’t have HD rumble or wireless connectivity, obviously, but the long braided cable is durable and gives you plenty of room to move around. Plus, it’s lightweight, so your hands don’t cramp up during long sessions. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the turbo button is easy to press by accident, which messed me up in Smash Ultimate 2.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very clicky! It’s a step up from the first one, I connect it to my computer and the gameplay is really smooth! It’s kinda heavy though. The layout of the buttons is kinda confusing but you do get used to it.

No wireless, no rumble, and no motion so it’s strictly for docked play. But for everyday gaming without breaking the bank, it definitely gets the job done.

My daughter loves the whimsical “Mushroom Kingdom” Design. It is very lightweight, which is perfect for her. I appreciate that it comes with a long power cord, so it can be used anywhere in the room. The buttons have a nice feel and the joystick is very smooth. The controller makes playing an enjoyable experience.

Mainly because my daughters birthday is coming up and I just bought her a Switch 2! She’s going to absolutely love this controller! I love the design from Mushroom Kingdom, plus there are customizable buttons, and a C button so you can chat. I appreciate that it’s a wires controller so I don’t have to go through batteries, plus it has a 10 ft cord! This will be a great addition to the new Switch 2!

So holding it for a long time has no stress on your hands. It is a great controller it’s compatible with most not juts the switch2. I love how the buttons are placed . It works very well. It’s smooth lightweight and perfect size you can see in the pictures . . Great controller.

Performs well and was compatible with most Nintendo switch models. My only critique is that it does feel cheap. It’s very hollow and lightweight which can make it feels cheap.

Perfect for budget
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PowerA Switch controllers are a fantastic, affordable alternative to Nintendo's Pro Controller. They offer comfortable ergonomics, often mimicking Xbox controllers, and come in a vast array of licensed designs. Many feature mappable back buttons and motion controls, plus excellent battery life in wireless models. However, they lack HD Rumble and NFC (Amiibo support). Most wireless versions use AA batteries, and wired models have fewer features. While generally good quality, they can feel lighter than official controllers. Perfect for budget-conscious gamers, secondary controllers, or fans prioritizing unique designs over premium rumble.

Amazing controller and works for a variety of swit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This controller is fantastic! Buttons are super responsive and clicks. There is no lag between the controller and the console even with its extremely long cord. I was worried about the cord being too short since it is not wireless but Its 6ft and is plenty long enough to reach my switch 2 dock and still allow me to sit on the couch comfortably. This is also compatible with the switch 1 according to the box so those who have multiple systems will love that it switches between them. The buttons on the bottom are fully able to be set to whatever you'd like them to be providing a customization most controllers don't have. I never knew what I was missing by not playing on controller until now and I think my gaming has actually gotten better because of it. If your looking for a controller for your switch or switch 2 you won't be disappointed in this one at all. Fantastic grip, buttons aren't laid out in hard to reach spots, customization to work how you want and the super long cord. The only thing that would make this better is if it was wireless and didn't need to be plugged in, but even with it its amazing!

I have used this a few times while my grandson was here. I actually needed a new handheld switch for my game. It works great, and with ease. I would buy this in the future if needed.
