A little expensive for something made in China. Also, still distrustful of non-stick surfaces, no matter what the various companies and manufacturers say (especially since this comes from China...).

Fery solid high quality item which should last a long time. The only issue was with the packaging for shipment. The item had some dunnage packed around it but was still.loose in the box. When i received it, fhe handle was sticking out through the side of the box. I won't know how it wasn't danaged in transite. No damage or scratches. Very sloppy packaging that should be improved.

I have had my griddle for at least 5 years. It has always worked wonderfully on my glass top electric stove, and I have recommended it to others with the same type of cooktop. It has been a great addition to my other pieces of HA non-stick cookware. They are all so easy to clean, which is another plus. I still have a few old pieces of my HA without the non-stick feature that I accumulated several years ago and they are still terrific!

I bought this pan during the Pandemic. It worked well until recently when I saw the cooking surface covered in rust. I was surprised because i bought this pan because it's supposed to be rust proof! I wash it with Dawn and a sponge, and then dry it and put it away.

love it! Well, other than the handle change. This is our second because our teenager convexed the one we replaced. We bought almost the entire HA1 line (and the waffle maker) and absolutely love them.

Crate & Barrel selling site said it works on induction! It did not and when I called All Clad they said it does not. IF you consider making one - the raised grill part is too low for grilling something like salmon because the fish sits in the fat! The sides should be higher. All my All Clad pans work on induction. PLEASE make a nice grill pan to go with them. They are wonderful if they work!!

This griddles is well made and does not warp when heat is applied. Many past pans I have owned would warp once fire or heat is applied and my eggs would move to one side and cook to close together. I looked for a new griddle when my old nonstick pan stated to lose the non-stick coating. And the only well built griddle I was able to find was the All-Clad brand. The cheaper pans I bought I will use in the garage.

This is the third griddle pan I’ve purchased. I thought I had heat too high or something because it developed a discolored ring in middle of pan and was sticking. Pan two: I was careful but the pan became lopsided like it was warped. Pan 3: great the first couple of times, easy to clean then ring appeared. Starting to warp in middle. Now I think, pan too thin and coating not thick enough.

Purchased to replace the larger one I had. I have had my pans for years. Changes in materials have made this unusable for my inductive cooktop. Even though they pop up when looking for induction.

I like the weight of the pan as it reminds me of cast iron. It feels durable and I’m really satisfied with the way the food moves in it. Much better than any other cookware we’ve had in the past. The only issue that is not working is the handle. The design is uncomfortable for even my small hands and I usually have to use both hands to carry the pan. My husband who’s hands are bigger and who does most of the cooking complains that the small width and the curve works against him. I read other reviews where the handles were the biggest complaint but that the pan itself was excellent.
