These hypoallergenic mighty pacs are Tough on Stains, Gentle on Skin. Use with all free clear fabric softener and dryer sheets for clean and soft clothes with static cling reduction in the dryer. All free and clear mighty pacs are unscented, fragrance free, and are safe to use in any washing machine including high efficiency (HE) and they dissolve completely even in cold water. Add pac(s) to washing machine drum before adding clothes. Use 1 pac for small and medium loads or 2 pacs for larger loads then wash as usual. all mighty pacs are safe for septic systems and contain no phosphates. Q: Use cold & hot water settings of a front loading washer. Laundry items were ruined by the pack covering. Covering did not completely dissolve. Tossed in dryer, permanently sticking to clothing reacting like dried on Krazy glue. Can you fix this issue?

A: Read the instructions on the box. It clearly says 'PUT THE POD IN THE EMPTY DRUM OFYOUR WASHER, THEN PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON TOP, I've been using these pods for years & never had any problem.
submitted byGoochie - 9 months agoA: Oh no! This is not expected result. As long as the pac is placed into the washer drum first and the machine is not overloaded this shouldn’t have happened. We know from our testing that rewashing in the hottest water temperature safe for that fabric will remove any residue and stains left behind. A: Henkel, the parent company of all Laundry Detergent, has a clear commitment: We do not test our detergents and cleaning products on animals, nor do we mandate third parties to test on our behalf. This applies to our product portfolio worldwide. Unfortunately, there are still single markets in which animal testing is mandatory to obtain market registration for detergents and cleaning products. We are working with the respective associations to convince these authorities to cease animal testing. We have been working on the development and recognition of alternative testing methods for 40 years to demonstrate the safety of our detergents and cleaning products as well as their ingredients without animal testing.

Bleach stains on dark knit clothes
I have loved the packs and found them useful. However, three times recently I have had bleach stains happen on dark knit clothing. It happened even when I put the pack at the bottom of the washer before the clothes. When it ruined a brand new grey jumpsuit on its first wash, that was it. Won’t be buying again.

Packets leaked throughout container
Melted packets leaked throughout the container while sitting in the sun at curbside pick up. I will say this is not typical but maybe consider going inside if possible for heat sensitive items during the summer.

Almost Great, But Not Quite
I think the All Free & clear Pods do a great job of cleaning without any scent. I would give a Product 5 Stars, except for a manufacturing problem. I buy a Tub of 134 Pacs, and each time I get to the last 20 pods, I found most of them are clumped together. When you try to separate them the pac is torn and the detergent spills. I estimate that 15% of the pacs are defective. I would appreciate a response from the Manufacturer. Thanks! Tom

Honest, bought this product by mistake thinking it was laundry soap. Turned into what they call a "happy accident". Always a big fan of Borax, but thought I'd give this product a try, and was very happy with the result! It did a better job on my laundry by removing stains and providing that extra cleaning power than Borax alone. 🙂
