I purchased this litter pan to use in our motorhome - fail - so decided to use it in our home. It is a bit difficult to set up and, once done, it can’t be collapsed without the task of pulling out plastic rivets, like Molly bolts. The pan is shallow and when my cat uses the box, her pee runs out over the edge of the tray and onto the bottom of the frame and tray, continuing onto the floor; requires a pee pad under the box to prevent floor damage and a huge mess. Additionally, the grid at the front of the box cuts the kitty’s space so pee ends up on the grid and needs to be wiped out constantly. I EMAILED THE COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME THE FAVOR OF A REPLY to resolve the issues with this box; I’m using it because I didn’t want to return a used cat potty. Btw, I paid about $50 for this “catastrophe”!
