Works well
I was recommended to get something like this by a friend who has intense migraines. I myself don't get too many of those, but I do suffer from frequent headaches. I've often used washcloths run under cold water to help, and this is a great step above that. Typically the pressure and inate coolness of the gel layer is enough to help. I've also put it in the freezer for a higher cold level. The material hasn't disrupted my hair. The only downside is that wearing it for awhile is uncomfortable on my ears since they get squished too.
