Q: I need 45 degree support with use while wearing a back brace, will this support that angle without sagging?

I got this for my recovery from gallbladder surgery, and it was perfect. It never lost shape or wilted on me, and it was the perfect angle. The ONLY thing I'd advise on, if you're getting this for the same reason, is that you might want to find a way to keep yourself from sliding down in the night. This was great while I was awake, but my body slowly slid down the bed during the night. Maybe it's just my bed/sheets. It's definitely nothing to do with the cushion, but just be aware you might also slide down!

This pillow is firm and supportive, just what I was looking for! I bought it to prop myself up in bed after a c-section and it worked perfectly. It's been great for extra back support. I love all the different configurations and ways to use it too.

My chronic back and leg pain were certainly eased by this pillow. It's adjustable, so I was able to experiment until I found which adjustments worked best for me. As a bonus, it's hefty and attractive, too. I recommend it highly. I did buy it on sale, and at 39 dollars and change, it was a very good value.

I bought it for myself and love it. I like to watch tv in bed at night and find myself straining my neck. This is nice. I did have to put a tiny pillow under head to watch tv but if sleeping, wouldn’t need to.

This wedge pillow is very comfortable and very useful to rest up yourself either for legs , head or back support, adjustable gentle slope gives additional support. This wedge pillow came with a washable pillow cover and cover feels like velvety soft material making the resting time super cozy and soft. Memory foam pillow with zippered pillow case keeps the pillow stable to have enough support.

This is a great pillow. I love to use it for reading in bed, but it also worked great to elevate my sprained ankle. It is very easy to change how it is set up. The removable and washable cover is great in house with 3 dogs. The handle on top makes it easy to carry from room to room.
