Aren't effective
They never fit on my underwear correctly. Plus blood would leak thru on the sides and get on my clothes. That's the whole purpose of a pad, to prevent blood from leaking thru

The plastic/adhesive layer is permeable. I started to spot at the beginning of my period and the discharge went straight through the liner and into my underwear.

Most important thing to know is the discrete wear
The fit is amazing and it stays in place perfectly. No shifting and super comfortable! Not too thick and doesn’t feel suffocating at all. Absorbance is also spectacular. I’m able to wear my seamless thong in the gym without worrying about any kind of accidents happening.
