I shared some with my daughter after delivering her baby and her text said “Can I have more of those black diaper panties? They are amazing!!!” The black also hides any unpleasant color. I’ll definitely keep these on hand for all kinds of emergencies!

However, the padding is much more than beats the eye for peace of mind when it comes to leak protection hence the need for them. They have a very pleasant scent to aid with odor control. One thing that I didn’t really like was the fit. Either way I placed them on, they felt like I had them on backwards until I walked in them to get them used to my body.

They were a little thicker than I prefer, but they were great for night time! The absorbed very well and I didn’t notice strong odor when I removed them the next morning. Thank you Influenster for sending this complementary for a honest opinion. The fit is great. It's not bulky. Stretch as needed. Sizing was a good fit. They are super absorbent and no leakage occurred. Also like that there is odor control to help prevent that dreaded scent. Prior to this Depends was the choice many made but I'm glad Always has them now as a great option to purchase.

Until I can get to a specialist that my insurance will help pay for these odor control Always Discreet underwear is what I wear. They are very comfortable and It's like I'm not even wearing anything. I was hesitant to try these over my regular brand but I was surprised at how well these fit. They are great with odor control and hold a lot of fluid well and don’t fall apart. The only thing I can say as a negative is that I am a size 2 and these fit me great, but they are supposed to go to a size 14 and that seems unlikely, but I could be wrong. Not to lie, the black also look much better and make me feel better about having to wear them. For me, these were a big win!

However, they are used as additional protection during menstrual cycle and not as protection for urine leakage.

The fit is great, and they stay in place without bunching or shifting during the night. I love the coverage, it really gives peace of mind knowing you’re protected from leaks. They’re super absorbent and don’t feel bulky at all, plus there’s no noticeable odor. The fabric is soft, and they look and feel way more like regular underwear than I expected.
