Amavara SPF 50 Tinted Mineral Lotion - 1.65 fl oz

Really like it once it is blended out but it seems to separate into half watery and half clay like during the blending phase. Once you get past that I really like it, but you have to keep rubbing it in even though it looks like all hope is lost when it first separates. It also seems a little dark for my fair skin and come out darker than what shows in the product images.

I like that this is a thick mineral sunscreen. I do not like how the formula separates and has clear fluid oozing and bubbling out, and that there is no way to mix or shake it together. I really liked this sunscreen when the formula was in tact. As soon as it started to separate, it’s difficult to use and apply.

Good coverage, blends in easily, and didn’t irritate my skin or eyes. Has a slightly gray cast, I needed some blush to detract from the washed out look.

THE BEST mineral sunscreen I’ve found no am a fair skinned redhead and know sunscreens well. My Derm advised I now only use mineral sunscreens on my face so bye-bye Unseen and other favs. The Derm recommended some expensive thin mineral sunscreens but I found this and LOVE it. On weekends I only wear this instead of foundation because the finish is so smooth and natural

I really wanted to like this product, but it was difficult to evenly apply and it pilled like crazy. Looked awful.

If you're looking for a super thick, tinted sunscreen, this is your jam! Personally, I found it effective yet much too thick for my preference. I had to wash my face four times to remove all traces of it after wearing it for 12 hours. (Maybe this is good for swimming in the ocean & pool???) I returned it & purchased another cruelty free product from Target that was much more light, sheer & easier to remove.

Too thick and very sticky. Gross.

Don’t sleep on this sunscreen. Been using this for almost 2 years and I hope they never stop selling it. Not the typical sunscreen. This has a thick consistency, takes a little rubbing in but once it’s on it sticks to your face and makes your pores look flawless. I have oily, acne prone skin, and my sister has dry, eczema prone skin and we both use this sunscreen ONLY. Have not worn foundation since using this. It works beautiful under concealers and powder also. Buy this sunscreen!!! (Don’t worry about the tint, I’ve used it on my darker complexion fiancé, and my very very light sister and it really barely has a tint at all, love it)

I love that this product leaves no white cast on my brown skin. When first applied, it’s really thick and seems like it would never blend in, but if given a few minutes it settles beautifully. One star off because the texture is fairly dry, so it feels a bit rough when applying.

This stuff is gross. So thick and rubs off on things. Really unpleasant.

Thick snd not really moisturizing like other spf. better for oily skin. Mine is normal. Also not good for tan skinned people. More for fair skin.

Love this product works great for my families active life style in the sun. Better than any other sun protection products we tried!

finally no white cast!! I have spent so much money so many hours searching for a sunscreen that doesn't make me look white, I have a caramel to dark skin tone so mineral sunscreen is not my friend.. until now!! it blends in so perfectly I'm still in shock. please please please never stop making this product!! I have combination, acne prone sensitive skin that's aging, it glides on so smoothly and my skin feels moisturized without looking oily and it has a matte finish!! I can go on so just please try it

I’ve been on the hunt for a good sunscreen. I tend to have weird reactions to sunscreens that cause bumps all over my face but not with this one!! I’m so happy this sunscreen protects me which also giving me a perfect no makeup look. The zinc smell is super light and it doesn’t cause any burning or irritation!

A few months ago I begun searching for what would be the perfect sunscreen for me and after trying some, I have to say this sunscreen checks everything I was looking for: water and sweat proof, non comedogenic, gentle for the eyes, spf 50, suited for oily skin, mineral, reef safe and doesn't make you look like a ghost; when I apply it, at first it looks a little deeper than my skin color but after a while it matches it perfectly, it even helps dissimulate my imperfections a little bit, and overall gives me a "set" look, as if I have powder on my face, for someone that's not too into makeup that's a plus. I've been buying for my family and friends and I'm definitely hooked, it set the bar way too high for other sunscreens.

I play pickleball outdoors almost every day. I finally found the perfect mineral sunscreen. It isn’t greasy, so I can apply it on the court and don’t need to wipe it off my hands. It protects me and stays on no matter how much I sweat, and never stings my eyes. It is the best sunscreen on the market.
