Q: Will this help with bloating ? I see people take greens before going to bed but that is the 1stphorm brand. Does it make a difference?

A: personally yes it does help me a lot with bloating I would get bloated almost everytime I ate but after I started taking this daily I dont get bloated anymore I take it after breakfast

so I have never had a greens thing anything and this wasn't bad . I got the packets of it because I was nervous I wouldn't like it . but I will be buying the actual container . I mixed it with lemonade and will come back and update with any new findings but I like it . I'm taking it to see if it will help with my bloat in my abdomen area . fingers crossed . if your a new person to this definitely add lemonade and mix well I put it in a water bottle with just lemonade and shaken vigorously to make sure it stayed mixed up .does have a very green taste but nothing bad .

I was shocked at how much I enjoyed the taste. I mixed it with the sugar free crystal light liquid and it was yummmmyy. I’ve used clean simple eats until trying this because I ran out. Hoping I notice a help in digestion and the other benefits because again, I loved it for a greens! Picture of my empty cup. I just mixed it with a straw and drank it with a straw. Nothing much leftover.

Made me feel energized! Here’s a hack on how to make it taste good / not clumpy. Mix it with chobani vanilla oat milk. It really masks the earthy taste. First I put the powder in the cup and add just a bit of hot water and use an electric whisk to mix it together. Then I pour the oat milk on top and whisk uagain. It has a smoothie like texture. Tastes almost like a matcha latte :)

literally gagged when i first tried it and had to just chug it down the taste was so bad, but add two packets of 0 calorie sweetener and it actually tastes like a healthy matcha!!! i look forward to drinking it in the mornings now:) i’ve also noticed a huge boost in my overall energy in just a few days of drinking it. its a bit gritty but im not one of those texture people anyway so it doesnt bother me much. if you dont like certain textures then you probably wont like this

Great way to get your greens/veggies in. Third party tested, so no need to worry about heavy metals lurking. I initially mixed this with water and threw it right up. Now, I mix it with 8oz Trop50 and it’s much more palatable. It may be expensive but investing in your health is the best investment of all!
