Portable and perfect for readers of all ages!
Although this took a little longer to get to me, the Kindle itself is great. I use it for myself as an adult and it has no ads (I never set up a kids account, just logged in and read). It is the perfect size for me and holds so much! I just got back into reading last summer and I can't wait to utilize my Kindle even more this summer. I love that I can take it anywhere! The batteries lasts forever when I turn on airplane mode (only time I turn it on is to update/sync my library to keep it current). No complaints and the warranty that comes with it is better than the regular Kindle! I love that you can change the warmth, brightness, font, and font size.

Dissapointing..
I was so excited to order this for my daughter since she is obsessed with reading & it’s way lighter than carrying books. She loved it but I was very disappointed when it stopped working within a month . The screen would just go white and wouldn’t change from there. I was glad it was still within the return window! I returned it, didn’t bother exchanging it because if it happened again but out of the return window I didn’t wanna be stuck with something that doesn’t work

While sometimes defects can happen, being outside of the return window means that the device would then be covered under our manufacturer's warranty. In that time we would assist with troubleshooting if something similar were to occur and there are options available via Amazon's Customer Support. A defect is rarely ever a widespread issue and we would not want you to go without the device your daughter so happily enjoyed. A Solid Buy So Far
Happy with the kids version since there are no adds. It is very touch sensitive so I may look into getting one of the clickers or a strap. cause my thumbs accidentally hit the sides sometimes when holding it causing the page to turn. Other than that I'd say it is a good fit for people with small hands and kids.

Perfect size and waterproof.
Love this! Set up was seamless, I was worried that because I didn’t buy it from Amazon I would have trouble registering it but that was no issue at all. Love that it comes with the 2 year warranty and the free kids unlimited subscription for a year! Gives a chance to see if you would enjoy the service.

Daughter loves it!
My daughter loves her Kindle. This is the kids version, but is the same as the adults except it comes ad free, a case, and with a 2 year warranty plus 1 year of Kindle Kids subscription. She immediately downloaded 3 books after set up. Not bad for the price! Also, much easier to travel with than the stack of books she normally brought along.
