AMBI Even & Clear Fade Serum Retinol - 1 fl oz

This is a lightweight gel serum with no scent. It's a relatively inexpensive product, but I know it works because after a few applications my forehead started flaking as the skin cells turned over and shed. No burning sensation like I get with adapalene. If you're new to retinoids this is a great choice and very affordable.

I purchased the Ambi Fade Serum Retinol 2months ago. I have challenges with hyperpigmentation due to acne scars and plucking menopausal chin hair. I was skeptical about using it but gave it a try. I did not imagine that after 2 months my dark spots and scars would be visible fading. I started electrolysis treatments 4 months ago. The difference in my skin is incredible. I can leave the house without make up and not feel self conscious. It has been years since I’ve been able to do that. I am more than thankful and grateful for this product line! Remember, consistency is key!

I have used Ambi previously with no problem. However, the newer version of the Ambi product has broken out in hives. The product is smaller and cost more and less effective.

I came across this amazing product in a store. Now, after seeing the impressive results, i am stocking up! I have acne prone skin and the texture of my skin from using numerous acne clearing products. This product gave me the smoothest and youthful looking skin OVERNIGHT! I did notice a slight burn but it was for a moment and not intense. More like i could feel it correcting my skin. I have used it at the start if my days as well and have noticed the stability in the results all the way until end of my days. Now i only use when needed because since using this product my skin has improved tremendously without the need to use everyday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I like it, it's not sticky and it doesn't leave my skin sticky.

I have pcos which cause hair to grow in my chin. Ugh!! I would have dio many ingrown hairs that I would pluck and it caused so many dark spots. So now I’m hairy, bumpy, and dark under my chin. That area easily became an area that makes me feel insecure. One day I was looking for an ambi product to clear my dark spots like it did back in my younger days and saw Ambi’s Fade and Clear. I went with it because I liked the packaging. It looks less messy than the one before. Omg when I say it works even faster then the other product!! The dark spots are fading and even the bumps are gone ! I didn’t know it would help with bumps! I thank God for this product! I’m getting my face back !! Be consistent ! Also a little goes a long way so you definitely get your moneys worth..

I have used old-school Ambi for years to fade a dark spot or imperfection on my face without any problems. This new formula broke my skin out with extreme dryness and a burning sensation. My face looks like it is severely peeling My skin looks worse than it has ever looked. I have used the product for one week and now my face looks like a nightmare. I wish I would have read some of the reviews before I began using it.

This new hydroquinone-free formula does NOT brighten my dark spots. I used the old formula faithfully for decades. I’ve been using this new formula for 2 months now and it darkens my skin. Sadly, I’m now searching for brands with hydroquinone. I do like the retinol in the product. The retinol works, but it does NOT brighten.

The old cream world wonders for me. I purchased the serum and saw that there was a new formula. After 1 week, applying once daily on targeted spots, I first developed some raising of the skin. Within days my skin turned darker than the spots I was attempting to treat. I now have chemical burns and irritation on my face. My skin was nearly flawless with only a few areas with hyperpigmentation and I rarely wore make up. I know have to wear make up everyday to cover the damage from the “new formula” I am not saying it won’t work for anyone else, it just does not work for my skin. It was perfect in the past, sad to see Ambi products deleted from my regimen.

Omg I put it on once and my skin started peeling a few days later with new skin and it lighten my marks. Only one application I would use it very slowly

Results were visible after a week, light weight it’s easy to apply and store, is odorless, works good with other Ambi and non Ambi products

I had never used the product until just a couple months ago, at the time it was the best thing I had ever used. After finishing that bottle, I went to get a new one, and though the packaging looked different I gave it a try. And it does not make me feel hydrated, nor does it give me the silky face I had enjoyed from the first formula. Though, it’s still a phenomenal serum. I have had to begin looking for alternatives.

Dark spots or rough skin no problem ambi even and clear has got you covered. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and refreshed it'll have you look in like a teen again.

Since using this product my skin no longer shines or gets “greasy”. I have yet to get a pimple as per usual! Honestly, I will buy this product for life if the results are constant. Since it’s been roughly 7 weeks, things could change but one thing is for sure, it has been the best product I’ve had in years because it truly does clear up my face. For this reason I ordered 10!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Burned my skin & not I’m left with worse conditions .

I bought this to try and fade some dark spots from the sun and from aging. I stopped counting at week 5 but I ended up using the entire tub. I put the cream on multiple dark spots on my legs, face and arms and had zero results. Smelled great, but did not fade or change the texture of anything.

I have never used a retinol and so I’m not even too sure if it’s doing what it’s supposed to do because I have very good skin.
