Does not lay flat
Rug bunches and creates a hug mountain across the entire length. Returned and bought a second one and the same thing happened

Thank you for your question! A few solutions that will help your rug lay flat are 1) Back rolling/reverse rolling the rug. Unroll the carpet and roll it up again in the opposite direction. To keep it secure, place heavy furniture on the rug while back-rolled/reverse-rolled to keep it from unraveling. (Leave it back rolled for 1-3 days).

Much lighter in person, not as much navy as shown.
The rug is soft, but much lighter in color than in the picture. It’s also pretty thin. Due to the price, I will keep it but I’m. Or 100% in love with it.
