Looks pretty but not strong enough
This suitcase broke within a month of purchase. The first break in the shell was small so I decided to keep traveling with it. I recently had a quick trip to North Carolina and the entire wheel attachment broke off of the suitcase. I’ve had other suitcases last way longer than a year. Really disappointed.

We bought two for a trip to Alaska. They look great, they seem sturdy, they roll smoothly, but only for one or two uses. Both of them broke within a year in the same places. The suitcase isn't made strong enough for the weight or the wheels, so the wheels crack straight through the bottom of the case and the case cracks and breaks apart and the wheels break off. The zippers don't last either. Too expensive to be a single use item. Had to buy a whole new set a year later. Don't waste your money.

Breaks incredibly easy
This bag use used for maybe 5 flights and it is now in the garbage. Multiple large cracks all over and TWO of the wheels are almost completely cracked off. Do NOT purchase this bag.

Poorly made. Cheap zipper.
Absolute garbage. The inner zipper broke after the second trip. The outer zipper busted after my third trip, and the suitcase was no where near maximum capacity. Very cheaply made.

the worst
i need the suitcase for a trip unfortunately it arrived damaged and i contacted an agent through the target and they werw not much help I wanted a home pickup so i could get a refund the item still has the tags on it. The agent was no help they did not give me pickup info or anything. He told me to keep the suitcase and they would refund 20%. Which i denied because i cant use a damaged suitcase and the item still has tags on it

I bought two of these suitcases. I used them about 5 times over the course of a year before the wheel broke on one of the bags. I thought it was an isolated incident until the same problem happened on the second bag about 3 months later.

Breaks/ Cracks easily
I purchased it in Nov 2024 and used it for the first time in Nov 2025 for an international trip. Upon arrival the suitcase was all cracked from the top. Extremely dissatisfied because I am out of the return window now.
