Initially, I was a little worried about it being too thick but turns out, I just used too much, a little goes a long way. This lotion feels like satin, no exaggeration. It absorbs really well and leaves your skin actually feeling hydrated. I used it for a couple days and had no dry patches and no sensitivities and liked how it made my skin feel. I now use this as my daily lotion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received three single use samples in exchange for my honest opinion, so here it is. This lotion is actually better than I was anticipating. With the main point of this lotion being that it exfoliates, I expected the texture to be at least a little gritty. This is not the case. This lotion is extremely smooth and easy to spread around your skin. The scent was very minimal, if anything it just smelled a slight ‘lotiony’ scent. It was not anything I would remember after wearing to prevent me from not wanting to continue using it. The only reason I did not give this lotion a full five star rating is because I honestly didn’t find any difference between this and other regular lotions. After using this product I could not tell what the benefit of an ‘gently exfoliating’ lotion was for. This could have just been for me, because where I used it in my arms did not need exfoliating. Maybe it did things that I couldn’t see, but it does seem like it is just a regular smooth lotion. Nothing real ‘special’ about it.

However, after trying AmLactin Daily Nourish 12%, I am thrilled. My skin is soft and radiant. I wash my face and apply AmLactin in the morning before work. Even my coworkers have noticed the difference in my skin! I highly recommend AmLactin to anyone, especially those of us with skin sensitivities.
