Ana Mid-Century Modern Buffet - Lifestorey

This piece is beautiful. Very sturdy. Directions were long but easy enough to understand. Took a few hours to put together by myself but so worth it! Same piece elsewhere is over $1000.

Very cheaply made. Found cracks in multiple pieces of the engineered wood.

I LOVE the look of this piece! It took my husband and I about 4 hours to put it together. It’s such a beautiful piece of furniture.

Defective and No help from Target Support

NOT WORTH IT. Even on sale, these pieces are NOT worth it. I ordered 3 pieces from this line (2 night stands and the Ana buffet). All 3 items I received had significant damage to the wood in very visible places. The material these are made out of is very heavy, but not sturdy as all 3 pieces had multiple smashed corners and peeling veneer. These pieces are gorgeous on paper but with an assembly time of ~6 hours and low quality materials that come damaged, they’re so not worth it.

We ordered two of these; replacing a pair of parsons tables. We like having a long table so when we have family or friends over it can be the buffet line. These pieces are transitional and look great in our dining room with our MCM dining room table and chairs. I bought these at least partly because of other favorable reviews and I’ll repeat some of what they said. The furniture was well designed and the directions were well done. That being said, with two of us it took a long time to put them together (probably 8 hours total). They are heavy and sturdy and look like they are higher end than they are.

This is a lovely piece and I'd be very happy with it EXCEPT there was one defective drawer front (holes out of balance so the drawer doesn't close) and I can't reach the company to get a replacement part. The contact information provided in the assembly instructions is invalid, and they've not responded when I try to call or reach them through their website. I'm worried I'll have to return it, which would be disappointing. So buy with caution, knowing that if there's a problem the manufacturer isn't available to help.

This piece is beautiful once out together! Very good quality and looks high end. I will say, like others have mentioned, it took hours to put together, between 6-7 hours. Directions are relatively easy to follow but can get confusing at times - Use a drill with a screwdriver head it will save you a significant amount of time!! The packaging is

Highly recommend. Assembly not difficult but time consuming. Very handy husband spent about 6-7 hours to complete. He says drawer slide illustrations could be better but he figured it out. The finished product is beautiful with lots of storage for the size. Using for extra storage in my small kitchen. Purchased to replace another similar buffet (10+ yrs old) and this holds much more. Drawers extend fully and the cubbies/shelves are plenty deep. It also has 5 feet for strength/stability in the middle. Great value!

Love this buffet! It’s gorgeous and very sturdy. It definitely needs two people to put together. We ended up starting it after our son went to sleep, so did part one night and finished the next night.

This thing is huge and solid and heavy and took quite some time to assemble (two person job for sure), but it's beautiful. I'm pretty handy, and assembly was not complicated, it just has a ton of little pieces (particularly the drawers). Pro tip, use a drill on the slow setting to save yourself some handcramps and blisters. We're using it as a changing table, and were really happy with the quality, particularly for flat-pack furniture. The metal accents are a beautiful aged brass that look expensive, and the drawers and doors all open easily and smoothly. No one can believe this was a Target buy!

Very happy with this piece. It takes several hours to put together, but not because of problems or being particularly complicated. All these drawers especially just take a while! It definitely feels like better quality than is typical for the price. The drawers all open/slide smoothly, and it looks nice. My only complaint/concern is the strong chemical smell that lasts a few days after opening, but sadly that seems to be pretty standard for furniture at this price point.

I'm very happy with this piece. The finished product matches the description and pictures. It took about 4.5 hours to assemble alone (use a drill!!), but wasn't difficult or complicated. It is very sturdy and feels like good quality. I would definitely recommend this!

I bought the small cabinet in the same style a few years ago and have been thrilled with the quality, so I finally ordered this knowing I would love it. The assembly process for both pieces went flawlessly with all the holes drilled properly and nothing damaged. Every detail seems to be a step above the usual quality for furniture like this. The drawers are so smooth and everything is aligned perfectly. The color in the picture is accurate. I’m very happy!
