It mixes the smoothest, adding a bit of Chai tea sometimes is soo deliscious. Chocolate is pretty good, not as smooth I add peanut butter to make it's flavor better. My skin hair and nails do show healthiness /improvement since using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say, I was a bit bummed I didn't receive the Vanilla flavor like I was supposed to. I was really looking forward to trying it since this brand is expensive and I wanted to know if I liked the flavor. I instead received the unflavored one. It does mix very well into hot coffee and it even mixed pretty well into ice. But it does have a slight taste to it. Not as off putting as other brands I've tried, but i feel like thr vanilla would have helped. I don't use a lot of heavy flavored creamers in my coffee to cover up the taste of this either. So it's really just knowing that the benefits of getting some extra protein and nutrients in that help me to get over the taste. I would recommend this if you're looking for something that's not too gimmicky and just a cash grab to make consumers think it's healthy.

The taste is really good a vanilla that isn’t grainy or fake tasting. I think as we age it’s very important to make sure your collagen doesn’t deplete to keep your skin looking youthful and healthy and to keep muscle mass and have healthy bones.

First off I'm surprised I actually enjoy the vanilla flavor of this protein shake. I am picky with them and this one actually is awesome, it's sweet but not overly sweet, I just add a scoop to 8oz of milk and shake it up and I'm ready to go. This contains 20g of Collagen per 2 scoops to help promote healthy hair, nails and joints. You can use this in almost anything, but I've been using this in my coffee every morning. It does contain natural vanilla flavor as well as stevia leaf extract to help sweeten the powder. I like my coffee sweet so with this added, I use less sugar. This has hydrolyzed collagen peptides for better absorption. There are 10 types of collagen and it's grass fed, pasture raised. It does contain egg and fish, along with chicken bone broth protein concentrate and hydrolyzed bovine hide collagen peptides. So if you're vegan, this is not for you. I have been using this for over a week and haven't really noticed a difference but I'm sure that with continued use, I'll see better results. I do love the scooper though but do not like the extra grit at the bottom of my mug. Overall, it's worth giving a try.
