Best Cookie recipe

Perfect for Baking

Best Mint Chips
I found these chips a few years back and made the Andes version of the chocolate chip cookies. They are exactly like the big candies in a chip size, they melt nicely but not fully when baked. When you bite into these after they have cooled they don't have hard chunks of chocolate like regular chocolate chip cookies. Just like the full size Andes they melt quickly and have that full chocolate mint flavor. The recipe is on the back of the bag and is simple to follow. These are now my families favorite and I have to make them all the time. They are hard chips to find so I was very excited when I found these are Target of all places.
