Q: Why was this downsized. The last mega packs I bought a month ago had 425 sheets instead of 320? :(

A: ITs called Shrink-flation. You pay the same or more and get less. Marketing says its softer or thicker, but they already had a plush version so no need to dilute your product line IF was true intent.

Removing sheets allows the product to increase in thickness while ensuring our rolls still fit comfortably on bathroom wall dispensers. In doing this, we also added rolls to the pack so that you’ll get approximately the same number of sheets as you did before at a similar price. Thank you for considering Angel Soft® products.

I have been buying Angel Soft Bath Tissue once they came back on the market renamed Super Mega Rolls. Original Angel Soft rolls were 480 sheets per roll Now these Super Mega Rolls are 480 sheets a roll, while Mega rolls only offer 425 sheets per roll. down to regular sized 280 sheet rolls. Now more sizes offered for purchase with the prices varying. The Super Mega Rolls last a long, long time. Unfortunately, not a lot of stores by me carry Angel Soft Super Mega Rolls so if I have to, instead I buy multiple packs of Mega Rolls which are 425 sheets, but if I get them on sale, then they are a great deal. No matter the number sheets on a roll, Angel Soft is the best bathroom tissue for the value. It is extremely soft and very strong. I haven't purchased any brand but Angel Soft for the past decade and they are still the best buy out there.
