This product does not hold back on the Beta-Alanine and I love that. The Army wakes me up at 0500 everyday and that's when I start my strongman training. Just one fat scoop of Primal carries me until my training ends at 0730!!!

Pak and Omega are part of my daily routine. I have taken these for years. I recently had a procedure on my shoulder and was not able to take any vitamins or supplements leading up to the sugary. I was amazed at how not normal I felt. I am post sugary and back on Pak and Omega and I feel amazing.

Primal is one of the few preworkouts out there with an good dosing profile at a fair price. On top of that, it tastes good. CarnoSyn (Beta Alanine) seems to be better tolerated at higher dose, less issues of paraesthesia, for you who are opposed to the tingles. It's also been hot this Summer, and the glycerol they use doesn't seem to clump like most. I still wouldn't store it in the car, but a lot of pre's with glycerol turn into bricks at about 80 °F. Solid preworkout, and with me being almost 50 years old, I need all the help I can to crush it in the gym.
