Unfortunately, I am allergic to this product, but for my brother it has actually worked, every time we go the gym he drinks and can last forever at the gym with this pre-workout, must probably will gon with the Amino Acids to get this energy for the gym.

This is a solid pre-workout. I appreciate it so far because it’s reliable. It’s a good balance in terms of the variables I look for in pre-workouts: the flavor is good (not the best I’ve had, but far from the worst), the energy feels clean & enduring without the jitters (like a plane taking off & gently landing vs shuttle rocket boosters blasting off & eventually crashing to the earth), I feel focused/alert almost immediately (even on those early mornings during my four-months old’s sleep regression) & I notice the results, especially stacked with the creatine chews - I feel strong & dense. Again, I like it because despite no one feature being exceptional, nothing sucks & it’s far from mediocre. I’ve had so many pre-workouts over the past 15 years, but I’ll likely be sticking with this one.
