I will agree with the other reviews that there is a strange smell at first (not chemically but more earthy) and it sheds LIKE CRAZY at first. That said, the shedding stopped after about 6-8 weeks with regular vacuuming and the smell was gone very quickly. The green colour is gorgeous and true to what’s shown in the product images. The quality feels great, it’s a nice substantial rug and seems durable. I’m ordering a second one in the other colour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has all kinds of fiber strands falling out of it. It stops up my robot vacuum. Also stops up my shark vacuum. Was money wasted. Too heavy for me to wrap up and try and take to a UPS drop off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the look of the rug online, unfortunately it sheds like crazy and seems to be cheap quality. But for a 100% wool rug this price, I can’t say I expected better.

The little microfibers get everywhere she if you have a baby that is constantly crawling or flopping on the rug for fun, do not purchase. He gets those fibers in his eyes every time. I’m going to have to to resell it due to that. Plus the clean up is crazy. I’ve vacuumed this rug numerous times and it dulls up my filter every time: they said the shedding will stop after a couple of days but it’s been about two weeks and still shedding.

When we opened it, it had an extremely strong chemical smell that is still present after 3-4 days of being laid out. Additionally, the speckling in the cream color of this rug makes it feel like it’s a bit dirty. Not sure if it’s just the backing of the rug that is showing up on rug fibers after being rolled but it almost looks like there is dirt or dust in the rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful color. However, the carpet sheds way too much and the cut is uneven. The ends on some of the sides seem unfinished as well.

I have ordered from rugs USA before and this is the absolute worst quality rug I’ve ever seen. One side is almost completely showing the raw edge where it’s missing rug. I can see where knots are tied making it look like holes in the rug and white ties are sticking out all throughout the rug. Not to mention it looked dirty upon arrival and when I vacuumed the rug I had to empty out the container several times from how much shedding there is from the rug. I want a full refund and this can go in the trash where it deserves to be.
