My husband loves the vaccum sealer! he uses it all the time to freeze and meal prep! Super quick and efficient delivery too

I have a FoodSaver that is pretty old but served us very well. It still operates, but we got the Anova in case something happen in the middle of our packing season. We just operate them side by side. Pros over FoodSaver: - It takes narrow bags - It's smaller (stockage) - No wait between seal (although, it's longer, I guess the cooling time is simply included to make us think it's faster. It is not, but it is better psychologically) Cons: - The rolls and cutter are inside the machine, so, when it seals, you can't prepare a bag for the next one. - It sometimes needs three hands to operate. . . The bags may roll and, if you cut your bag a bit too short, you just can't flatten to make sure there is no ripple and close the machine at the same time. - I like, on the Foodsaver, the little sound to tell me it's done. I think it's missing. - The place where the juice fall if there is any that come out is fix to the machine. In the FoodSaver, you can remove it to clean it better. But, it does the job super well. The seals is powerful and doesn't take too long to seal.

Removes air very slowly, never switches to sealing mode. When it does seal, the seal is good, but it leaves air in the bag. I was looking for troubleshooting advice but never found any.

I will never use freezer bags again i love this.

We replaced our 15 year old FoodSaver with the Anova Vacuum Sealer Pro. The vac pulse is an excellent and welcome feature. The seals seem solid, but will have to wait and see if the hold up during storage. Nice and small, would recommend (assuming the seals last).

Love the clean look and well-designed functions. Built-in roll storage with integrated cutting blade is extremely convenient. The pulse control is especially helpful with moist or delicate foods. As a new vacuum sealer user, I am finding more and more things to seal for freezing.

Easy to use. Works extremely well. Small enough to tuck away on the counter.

Haven't used it for wet foods yet, but look forward to practicing more! Moist foods were sealed well.

My heat sealer did not work properly from the beginning and Customer Service was awful. I round up paying $15 to ship back a product that did not work properly and then I paid another $10 for a box since I had assumed product would work and I discarded the outside box. No one ever got back to me even though I called I sent emails and it went through Shop who also offered no customer service.

Vacuum sealer has been great so far. Easy to use and the double seal has been strong. Have used for frozen meat, coffee and avocado!

Does its job well! Very satisfied. The only downside is that now I’m addicted to sealed products.

Quite disappointed with the machine. The sousvide machines it’s quite good, so i decided to get the vacuum. It’s not very good, lacks power, not comfortable to use and doesn’t vacuum liquids, not very nice. .

I’ve been very happy with the Anova Vacuum Sealer. I use it every week and it’s been reliable and easy to operate. It’s great for meal prep and food storage, and I’ve also used it to vacuum-seal camping meals with excellent results. The seals are strong, the suction is powerful, and it helps keep food fresh for much longer. Overall, it’s a great value and a product I would definitely recommend.
