    Great attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love my kitchen aid and pasta roller. So much so that I had to have the pasta press. I have only used it once so I’m sure since fine tuning will come with experience however I found there was a decent amount of pasta stuck b in the chute when I thought it had all been extruded. Also the penne looked amazing but was a little thick for my liking. I will try to boil it a bit longer next time.

We absolutely love your enthusiasm! You're right, practice makes perfect, and with a little fine-tuning, you’ll be pressing pasta like a pro in no time. The penne may have been a bit thick this round, but it still sounds delicious. We can’t wait to hear about your next pasta masterpiece! 👏✨

    Pasta Master

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift to myself and have been trying a new pasta shape every week - so far the Bucatini has been the favourite! Look forward to trying the other shapes in the coming weeks.

    Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter Attachment then I brought Gourmet Pasta Press attachemts. I had never made pasta before so tried making the Pasta for the Fettucine Carbonara. It turned out perfect and my husband said it was the best Pasta he had tasted and he is Italian so that is a great compliment. I used the Pasta attachment to make some Cannoli Pastry as well and why my husband tried them he thought I had brought them. I was so glad I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter that I have now purchased the Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment. I really love all the Kitchenaid attachments and accessories I plan to purchase all of them.

    Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing addition to my kitchenaid. Love all the different pasta attachments. Would have preferred if it came with a case for all the different pasta blades.

Yet to master this appliance but am excited to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance as my daughter loves her pasta. My first attempt was doing the spirals. I am not sure why I expected but I guess I thought the pasta would come out as a spiral, not a shape I would have to twist myself. I know with some practice it will become easier but it feels a bit tricky at the moment.

    The simplicity of making pasta

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the pasta making attachments as soon as i purchased the Artisan stand mixer. I could not believe how easy the pasta was to make, and the recipe instructions were very easy to follow. My husband and I agree that this pasta was the best we had eaten, better than restaurant quality, and we dine out often at fine restaurants! We will never buy packet pasta again. 100% satisfied with this product!

    Italy at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gone down the rabbit hole of accessories and attachments! This is my first and it’s awesome! I have extruded using two of the supplied four dies. Success! The attachment is high quality and robust. It works well.

    Excellent attatchment

Just arrived today couldn't wait. A bit of crazy fun to start off. My pasta dough started out too soft (my usual recipe). Once I added more flour it was all on. Amazing results, very clever machine. I didn't even mind the clean up of picking out the dough from the disc's, allowed me time to sit down with a cuppa. Fabulous, thanks designers.

    Broke easily

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used the press twice. The first time I made rigatoni and it went flawlessly. The second time I was making spaghetti and the spaghetti died broke and is now not usable

Terrible waste of money. Doesn’t work

Terrible product. The dough does not come out smoothly. It keeps getting stuck in the attachment and does not produce pasta. What a mess. A total waste of money. I own many attachments and this was the only one that was so terrible that I needed to review. KitchenAid was no help. Do not buy.

    Happy with it.

Works great, I do wish the rigatoni blade twisted naturally but it doesn’t, you have to do that part by hand. The dough can soft or tough but make sure it’s not sticking to your hands. I did a test run with dough that had egg and water and it needed to be much more dry to cut cleaner from the extruder

Still trying to perfect dough recipe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a couple weeks ago. Have used it once found it fairly difficult to get dough to pass through the machine. Had to keep flouring the dough as it was very sticky.

    Fun and practical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this forChristmas and the whole family is loving it!! I do wish the instructions were a little more detailed, but I was able to find YouTube videos that helped. It is true that you have to be careful not to overheat the attachment or the mixer. So, to make the entire recipe that’s given in the instructions at one time may be asking too much of the mixer. It needs to rest and cool off.

    Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with my purchase. Makes a good variety of pasta shapes and is pretty intuitive to use. I will admit there's a pretty involved cleaning process for the pressing discs, and I feel like there is a always certain amount of dough that won't be pushed through the press, unless there is something I'm missing! But I'm still happy with it and plan to use it frequently.
