ApPEARently Delicious!
Such a great fruit! I've had Asian pears before, but never this size! They are LARGE, which lead me to purchase at my local Target. The price is right, and the fruit is fresh. All 3 were nice and firm. A very delicate, sweet pear flavor. Crisp and crunchy like an apple. The skin can be tough for some, but I don't mind it. Will definitely buy again!

Best pears!
Very juicy, large, tasty pears. These pears are huuuuuge. And they're soooo good. You can find them at Asian supermarkets for the same price or more, but it's convenient to find them in your local Target produce section. And with a redcard discount, it just gets better. The fruit's taste is a firm pear, but it's very juicy on the inside, packed with a lot of water, so it's a very pleasant combination, and the sweetness is very nicely balanced, not too overbearing. You can either eat it with the peel on (more fiber, it's recommended to eat it sliced this way), or shave it off if it doesn't float your boat. Target tends to carry the fruit fresh, so I haven't run into a situation where the fruit is overripe and soft. Best to call your local store to confirm if it's in stock.
