A: The top head detaches from the coupling and can be used as a hand-held wand.

A: Rainfall in our eyes refers to the overall pressure of the shower as opposed to a setting. Our rainfall showers are more gentle than our high pressure models.

Unfortunately, the system leaked in odd places from the start. The main head stopped working after two months. After disassembling the unit i found the rubber washer melted and jammed into the screen which clogged the water access path. I had to remove it with tweezers which cleared the blockage but now the leaking is worse.

In looking for a new combo showerhesd to replace an old one, I know I read reviews on almost a dozen or so at this price range, with similar options. The reviews on all of the others were so varied, that I was shaking my head. I know what I wanted and the price range too. This one honestly has the best reviews of all those I researched. Was simple to install, directions were easy to understand. It’s even much nicer than I expected by way of the stationery shower head being so large, and the handheld one perfect for rinsing, or whatever you’d like it for. I’ve been using it for less than a week now, but have easily transitioned from my previous one. Pressure is great. Both heads can be used at once, with little change in water pressure. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. For the price, ease of installation and it provides all I wanted and more.

Okay quality
If you're looking for an inexpensive combo shower head this is for you. However if you've had a high quality expensive one as I did you will notice the difference. It's flimsy and light weight but does the job. Also the adjustment know is hard to maneuver. And it leaks depending on the mode it's set in.
