It is a one piece that is all connected but provides extra coverage in the stomach and hip areas. It is extremely versatile and you could wear it while out in the yard or at the pool/beach. I am satisfied with the tan lines that it gives me and I don’t feel any chafing. It holds everything together well while preventing sudden exposure.
