It’s kind of moisturizing not really though, and it cracks off really easily but otherwise it’s really awesomely great

I will never use this again and I'll be telling people to not use it either. (I gave it a start because I had to)

I like to use cocoa butter as my main chapstick. The Aquaphor ointment is my number two. So, as you can imagine my lips are quite soft and healthy. I didn't want to bring the smaller aquaphor ointment on a trip so I thought I'd try this little guy. It totally chapped my lips up. Left my lips completely scarred, it's awful. And yes, I am always well hydrated. I've been using baby vaseline and cocoa butter to repair them and fortunately those both work very fast. I highly recommend the Aquaphor ointment, but do not buy this chapstick junk. It CHAPS your your lips. The formula on this chapstick is awful, clearly made to KEEP YOUR LIPS CHAPPED. Overpriced for a terrible product.

This is AMAZING…I have used everything and nothing works until now…bought about a month ago…my lips are not chapped! Thank you… I purchased both tube and stick. I now have both in my bathroom cabinet, nightstand and purse. Maybe a little much but, I’m happy 🥰

I currently have dermatitis of the lips right now, so they're so sensitive and dry. This has been the only lip balm so far that hasn't irritated/made things worse. It's so soothing, I highly recommend this as well as all other types of Aquaphor!

I was excited to try the stick version, but it's a let down. It feels pretty dry on application, less moisturizing than the squeeze tube and even drier than generic stick lip balms. The product is fine, Aquaphor mostly has gentle ingredients. It lasts most of the day and I don't have the urge to reapply. My bigger complaint is the stick design. It is not like a generic lip balm stick, and I didn't realize that until I removed it from the packaging. Most of the outside tube is the cap, meaning you have a smaller area to grab and remove. The twist mechanism itself is larger than the generic stick, but it moves too easily. When you are applying the balm, it is very easy to accidentally twist with your finger and retract the lip balm. This happens more often than you would expect. I probably won't rebuy simply because the design makes it harder to use.

My lips get chapped especially in the dry weather wintertime, so I bought this and it helped so much. I like that it has no scent to it and it’s not overly greasy textured chapstick.

Immediately after applying, it feels good.. But it feels dry in a short amount of time. I have to continually reapply. Its packaging claims it’s a lip treatment. It doesn’t meet that level of product effectiveness.

Great and moisturizing on the go! The perfect purse chapstick.

Does not work like the original ointment

This product is fine, however it’s not my favorite. It has a very weird consistency and has a weird aftertaste. It is hydrating and makes my lips feel soft. Overall, I probably wouldn’t repurchase this.

This is my favorite chapstick , this is the only one that I my lips feel hydrated and moisturize

Our daughter gets very bad chapped, cracked lips in the winter. This is the only product we’ve found that not only soothes, but heals her lips. Very pleased!!

A few people suggested that I use Aquaphor lip repair, so I bought the twin pack from the store. To my surprise, this stuff works amazingly well! It leaves my lips feeling hydrated and smooth. I appreciate that it has no scent.
