Poor Material

Such a cute bench exactly what I was looking for. Color is gray/natural wood mixture. Unfortunately it came in the box damaged in multiple places. Will be returning.

Perfect Entryway Bench

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new bench! As an employee of Linon, I have been searching for a piece like this for a while and it looks perfect in our entryway. It was exactly what we were looking for and large enough storage space to hide my family’s shoes!

Falsely advertised

Advertised that it comes with 2 baskets to organize/have 2 compartment and it does not. Just one open space. Bench is fine, but not what I was wanting.

Mis-matched color and cracked

Unfortunately as I feared, the bench arrived with a broken part, the armrest. I read reviews on this bench on another website where several buyers stated theirs came broken too. I didn't want to go through the inconvenience of trying to order and wait for a replacement part so I returned the entire bench to a Target store. This was not easy because the bench is really large and heavy. In addition, the two seat panels were very different colors. One side was a lot of grey-ish while the other side was a lot more brownish. If put together, it looks like two different types of wood. While this bothered me, I would have kept the bench if it was not broken. I would discourage people from buying this bench but be prepared.

I love the storage bench. Target advertised it came with wicker baskets and even showed wicker baskets in the picture. When i called target to inquire about the missing baskets, they indicated i would need to call the manufacturer. I finally got in touch with Linon who stated it did not come with baskets. That was disappointing. Other than that i love the bench
