Poor Screws
One full day out of the box and I noticed a screw holding a lens in either fell out or was never there at all. I didn't even notice until the start of Day 2 with these, so I'm thinking its the latter as I would have probably noticed a screw popping out.

Poor quality
I have been a customer for long time and have never had any issues until 2 years ago. My glasses were redone 5 times last year. I was thinking to go to a different store but decided to give them another chance. What a mistake. When I went to pick up my glasses I had exactly the same issue as last year. So my glasses has to be redone. Also, had no notification that my glasses are ready, as I was told. Still waiting for notification almost months later. I bet they are ready, but I feel like that is going to be another fiasco...

Horrible lenses
I can't wear them, they hurt my eyes and cause headaches. I'm going to take them back to get them remade, if no better, I will request a refund.

Keeps going out of adjustment
I paid a lot money for these classes and they keep sliding and tilting on my face. I have been back to have them adjusted and that did not last very long. I guess I will have to go back on a regular basis to have them adjusted.

Like the style but....
I really like the way they look and the weight of them but they seem more cheaply made and not as sturdy as other pairs I have owned. The case they come in is huge and impractical. They won’t fit in a glovebox or even my wife’s purse very well.
