A: To clean your PETMAKER Artificial Grass Puppy Pee Pad (16 × 20 in), follow these easy steps: Step-by-Step Cleaning Remove and discard waste: Pick up and toss any solid waste. Empty residual liquid from the tray—flush it or pour it down the drain. Disassemble the layers: Lift off the artificial grass mat and the drainage insert from the tray. Soak and rinse: Rinse all layers thoroughly using warm, soapy water. A little mild detergent is sufficient. Tackle odors (optional): For lingering smells, use a diluted vinegar solution (1:4 vinegar to water) or sprinkle baking soda on the mat. Let sit 5–20 minutes before rinsing. Dry completely: Allow all parts to fully air‑dry before reassembling. Sunlight helps neutralize odors and kill bacteria.
