Because I can not say exactly how this helps, I would suggest doing a search. Many benefits. This along with D-Ribose and Acetyl L-Carnitine were among the first supps. I began to rely upon, and still do years later, when it became apparent that I needed to take the bull by the horns with some of my issues. Easy to swallow, and I've had no side-effects.

I like the product and price but I take three gelcaps per day and 60 caps don't last long. Many small bottles are pain.

This is one supplement I will not be without. The over all health benefits are amazing. As someone who does everything I can to live a healthy life this supplement is vital to my goal.
