A: Hi Elk, this tire inflator can measure tire pressure up to 150 psi, however, we suggest you use it to inflate normal-sized car tires, but not big tires like truck tires.

I've had a couple of these and comparing I would place this above the others. Has a thicker cable than any other I had which was the downfall of my previous product, the wiring around the fuse melted but I don't feel this one will have the issue. They are all loud but it's decent and displays well and isn't perfectly calibrated for accurate psi but very close. Which is also normal for these
