Disappointed in the speed
This laptop is very slow starting up and navigating on the internet. I know it's not my network because my phone is very responsive.

It's fine. Mediocre. But it does the job.
A bit slow. Not a fan of the mouse pad. Don't like the dim screen. Wish it was brighter. Also, too many visible fingerprints/ grease spots. Constantly wiping off. Overall, it's fine.

New Laptop
The laptop is nice. The keys are a nice size and easy to use. The battery life sucks even with the energy saver on, and the bottom of the laptop gets hot which is an issue for me. It makes wonder how long it will last.

Decent value for the price
It works for me as a travel low use notebook. It does not have the ram or memory of intensive work. For the price it is a decent expendable notebook for travel if you are not a tablet person

Processor is fairly fast. The touch pad (can be switched to a 10 key pad) is great. Screen resolution is good! I wish they had included a port for a micro SD card, but the included accessory adapter has a SD card slot. I desperately purchased a Bluetooth mouse that supplements the touchpad. I also got a USB DVD drive that worked well with the laptop. Overall it was a good replacement for my 8 year old (slow) laptop that had cost 3 times what this one did!

Keyboard

Customer hassle
I have wasted a lot of time trying to set up your account. First you say my passwords do not match, but they do. Then you say login is empty ? Now you say my account is blocked. I tried both on linux and on Windows. I do not need your account. Get lost.

Delivery was terrible I'm still waiting. First show is told it wouldn't be until next Monday then today on Friday it said it was loaded on the vehicle and I would get it early I would get it by 7:00 p.m. tonight then after 7:00 it says 9:00 p.m. and it also says delivery by the 23rd which is next Wednesday which is even later than the original posting. Then I called UPS and they said you'd have to wait for a call back for 50 minutes so I waited for 50 minutes and get a call back and they said then I'd have to wait another 9 minutes which turned out to be another 12 minutes and she still couldn't resolve the issue. I'm sitting here waiting for this delivery and very very frustrated I certainly won't use ups for delivery again not that I had a choice but this Merchant decided to use UPS which is terrible!

Replacing Asus with another one
So far it’s fine to do what I do on computer. Had a similar model that was 7 years old and still works fine but had windows 10 on it which is obsolete in October with no updates. This one is I believe is more user friendly
