So far my S25 has been pretty good. It was an upgrade from an S9. The transition was relatively easy but not entirely without issue. I traded in my S9 and followed the directions of first removing my google account and then doing a factory reset, which caused a problem. Factory reset wants to verify your identity via gmail begore proceeding but there is no gmail with google removed. Caused a hiccup. I do like the S25's camera the best. Not to keen on the AI features. Still haven't figured everything out, i.e. S9 was able to have different notification sounds for individual apps bur haven't been able to fully implement that in the S25. Still learning!

Own two S25s for 3+ months. Both phones randomly overheat while charging which seems to cause the battery to fully drain. Must wait for phone to cool down to recharge. Have followed Samsung's troubleshooting with no success. Working with Samsung authorized repair facility to address problem which means I have no phone and may face a complete loss of data. My S25 is not the only one at the repair facility with this issue.

I find the phone very fruustrating because of all thhe ads that come when i start. I gave it a low rating because every time I open it I am plagued with many ad tabs and I can't find a way to stop them. I did not pay good money to have this very annoying feature and nothing in the sales information said they were part of the deal. They are so frustrating they make it appear they are the main feature of the phone. I know I will enjoy the phone once I find a way to get rid of the ads.

I'm loving this s25! The Samsung DeX feature is a game changer. I use DeX every single day for work and it's so convenient. It basically turns my phone into a desktop. Seriously can't recommend it enough.

I can't give this phone a good rating because it's too advanced for my needs. It probably has tons of great features. But I'll never know. I'm 69 years old. I don't have the time or attention span to care. I need help to make use of this phone. But don't know how. So too me. It's too confusing.

When placing a call on my S25, a connection is made and the call is immediately dropped. To correct the issue, I power down the phone and restart it again Also, I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH THE SIDE BUTTONS TO POWERI OFF THE CELL
