Not happy
I'm not reieving text and when I send one, it buffers for a long time. Not recieving phone calls either. I'm using this phone for business. Horrible on Android auto.

Great phone. Unmatched jack of all trades.
Phone is nearly bullet proof. Great cameras, great performance. Zoom features came in clutch on multiple occasions. First one worthy of surpassing my beloved S21 Ultra. I literally need to nitpick to find a problem but if I must mention one thing it is the battery life. It is good for a normal day but using it on our cruise had me anxious about the battery life. In all fairness I did take a lot of video and pictures and it held up acceptably enough. Other than that the built in keyboard decided to freeze and not pop up when I needed it so I had to restart the phone and all was well after that. 10 out of 10 recommend

I actually switched from an iPhone which I've had since the iPhone 4! I wanted something new and im so glad I switched. I love my galaxy s23 ultra! The only thing I would change is the color. They didn't have the purple in stock when I went. The phone has great features, amazing camera and just great!

Best phone I've owned
I'm so happy i purchased this phone! This is the best phone I've ever owned or used. The photos are fantastic, all the photos I take look professional. I love the fact I can use my stylus to write grocery lists on my phone and to custom my calender. Watching videos on my phone look amazing! I highly recommend this phone (I already got my dad and sister to also get this phone hehe)

Red color disappointing
Havent had the phone for long, but overall is extremely similar to my S21+. The phone is a bit heavier and long for someone with small hands like me. What I didn't like is that this phone in red looks more orange than red. The previous phones had a vibrant red that was beautiful. This one really disappointed me.

Video lag and stutter
Playing videos on the s23 ultra lag and stutter, apparently this a common and well known problem. Beyond disappointed cause this was one of the main reasons I bought this phone for.
