They are getting worse every year
I’ve owned galaxy devices since the S7 was launched. I currently own a 23 ultra and it’s unbearable to use. It has issues with cellular connectivity when traveling as if it refuses to connect to a new,closer tower. The usb port is super slow for data transfer even though these are advertised as having super fast storage. What good is fast storage on a phone with a terabyte of storage if when you plug in an external ssd it takes hours to transfer a couple gigs?? I had a note 20 ultra and it used to transfer large files over usb lightning fast. Not sure I can continue to support this kind of degradation in quality.

When a piece of hardware like a Samsung phone hits the market it takes a year before the software comes out for that piece of hardware like a Samsung S23 Ultra. So, I'm swinging with style and the incredible things this phone was really built for is happening as we speak!!!

A Flagship Must Have Device
The Samsung Galaxy S23 was the best cellphone I have ever owned. It came with all the premium features at a premium price. Pictures are great, the sound is awesome, enough storage and RAM. Worth every penny. I do recommend this phone.

I got this as a replacement when I lost my phone. It was refurbished but so far so good. It was horribly difficult to download my apps. etc... Couldn't get into my google account. What a mess!

Amazing
I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone through Samsung, but I have no buyer's remorse. It saved me money, and the phone helps me use AI and work (I'm in IT). It has plenty of power and is way better than my old Motorola and better quality than previous Samsung phones I've had. I'm very impressed and happy.

AWesome cell phone
I bought this cell phone on my son’s recommendation. I have attended numerous concerts and taken photos with this very cell phone. And even some of the photos have been out focus (entirely my fault), the photos were outstanding. Those who see my photos compliment the cell phone for the clarity in the photos. I also use this very cell phone for music & has clear sound, watching movies, two-way radio type communication (with app) and other uses. It is very easy to link up with wireless printers and responds quickly when printing from cell phone. The cell phone is very versatile and I know it has many uses I have not used as yet. I recommend this cell phone for anyone who wants a versatile cell phone.

Great flagship device
I bought this phone new and it proved to be a great device. It's still holding up to the newer releases in terms of features and functionality. If I were to point out any drawback, it would be the rounded glass. It's since been corrected with the newer interation of the ultra lineup, but still frustrating in daily use.
