They are getting worse every year
I’ve owned galaxy devices since the S7 was launched. I currently own a 23 ultra and it’s unbearable to use. It has issues with cellular connectivity when traveling as if it refuses to connect to a new,closer tower. The usb port is super slow for data transfer even though these are advertised as having super fast storage. What good is fast storage on a phone with a terabyte of storage if when you plug in an external ssd it takes hours to transfer a couple gigs?? I had a note 20 ultra and it used to transfer large files over usb lightning fast. Not sure I can continue to support this kind of degradation in quality.

Great flagship device
I bought this phone new and it proved to be a great device. It's still holding up to the newer releases in terms of features and functionality. If I were to point out any drawback, it would be the rounded glass. It's since been corrected with the newer interation of the ultra lineup, but still frustrating in daily use.

Do NOT BUY
I bought this phone 1 year and 12 days ago. Yesterday, I dropped it in a bucket of water. It was in there no more than 30 seconds before I realized and it was top down in about 3 inches. There is now water in 2 of the cameras. It's rated for 5ft of water for 30 min. Samsung will not repair the phone as I am 12 days outside of warranty and will not give me any credit on a trade in. The phone still works except the cameras. They're only solution was a new full price phone. I will be buying another brand from now on. I've been a great customer for many years but this is it for me.

S23 Ultra.
I've had this phone for almost a year now and it's the best Samsung phone I've had. Love the camera especially if you like sun and moon pictures. Use the space 100x and you get amazing pictures. I like the s pen I use it all the time. U can even set your phone done and take a picture with it. Great battery life. And since the AI update it works even better. I like to circle something I'm looking at then it gives me more info instantly.

I received my Galaxy 23 ultra for my birthday in October 2023. I have been part the Samsung family since 2019. I started with NOTE 10 and now I am hooked for life. Only wish I had Samsung Table and not my iPad.

Had this phone for a while now.. only complaint is that when they added in the "advanced features" specifically to the keyboard toolbar it removes the speech to text function and i git hot dog fingers so it's been annoying

7 month user. long term customer.
I bought this phone few months back and it was good until I started getting non stop ads from the galaxy store a month ago. now I would not leave a bad review if it was user error but i was unable to turn off the notification after many attempts at trying disable it every option I came with were either unhighlighted or half baked option of disabling ads. samsung do better or this will be my last phone from you guys.
