    Ok phone

    This phone doesn't hold a charge and I don't have the money to keep buying expensive chargers. The quickest it will charge to full battery is 8 hours and I've only been able to charge it by connecting a charger to my laptop. The charger it was sent with works okay for a few days but it's very flimsy and if you put it in the wrong way even once it will stop working. Face I'd also does not work if you're wearing glasses. I couldn't even reach out to anyone to fix the charging issue or get tips.

    Slightly Disapointed

    I like the style of the galaxy phone alot more than the iphone but I purchased excellent quality and got a phone with 77% battery and barely is able to hold charge. Camera works better than my iphone with 72% battery but I would've expected at least above 80% battery with purchasing excellent quality. I am grateful that there was not any outside damage but this is gonna cost me more in the end to fix then if I had just kept my iphone 13. Kinda stuck with it cause didnt realize till my esim and data was transferred.

    Good...a few shortcomings

    Can not find the voice typing microphone symbol on the key board. Display can be quite unresponsive. Has a hard time recognizing my fingerprint or face. Help is weak.

    Galaxy s23

    I used to have a galaxy s9 and just bought a s23, I am enjoying it as the camera is alot better. The only functions I do miss is there is no jack to plug in for speakers/headphones and I liked being able to make a phone call from messages and with the s23 you have to back out of messages and go to the phone to call but other than that I am happy with my purchase!

    Not as good as their older models

    I hate having to downgrade my phones for the newer models. here's a few pros and cons. Only pro I can think of is they got rid of the curved screen. Cons, the wakeup button on my old phone & tablets is on the top right of the unit, on this phone its bottom right, why move it? New phone no longer supports the Samsung weather app that was absolutely fabulous as well as a couple of other apps that I use. Texting keypad is also different for the older phone, had to download an upgrade that wasn't as good as the older keypad. Ringer/text notification on this phone sucks. Can't hear it unless the room is quiet. Got rid of the LED indicator light letting you know what's going on with the phone, like Charging, charged, text waiting to be read, missed phone call and so on. I went from the S9 to this phone, but really, I think the S5 is their best model so far.

    Galaxy S23

    I bought a new Galaxy S23 less than a month ago and was not pleased with the phone because felt so light and cheap. The whole phone is made out of plastic and doesn't feel durable and steady-state. I prefer my old Galaxy S22 FE instead.
