I forget sometimes when do have it It is very good when I do have it I mixed with a lotion or medicated lotion when I applied it

I like this brand of essential oils. This frankincense is diluted with a carrier oil but I can tell by the smell this is the good stuff. I would rather have a good quality oil in a carrier oil than an undiluted poor quality oil. I add a drop of this to my face cream twice per day.
