Smells so good, I would buy again!

I put about 5 to 7 drops of oil on the pad before plugging it in. This lasts at least a few hours by my desk at work, then at lunch time, I add more drops for the afternoon. For night-time at home, I put almost 10 drops on the pad and I can still smell the scent in the morning. Instructions say not to, but I reuse the pad many times. Using essential oil is not like plugging in one of those premade store containers of "fragrance."

I honestly should have read the reviews of this product before I purchased not 1 but 3 and oils. I absolutely love Swanson Health Products and have put to much trust in the fact that they would carry a product that was total junk! As another review said..no directions what so ever for the product. I know that sounds silly but I could have it upside down. The fact is the pad dries out with in an hour period. The room smells for that hour. And to be completely honest I hope Swanson discontinues this product.

Doesn't work. Do not buy. Avoid at all cost.

This product did not produce any effect of providing room aroma! Could not smell product/oil applied to pad no more than a couple inches from the device....which would be through natural evaporation. No indicator to even suggest the item was on when plugged in! Highly dissatisfied!

I've been wanting to try this product and dove right in and bought many scents, along with the diffuser and extra items so I'd have everything on hand for awhile. First, the directions were not available. (For all I know I may be using it incorrectly.) The scents are very nice but when I plug them in they last for maybe an hour, if that. then I have to refill...I don't see any reason why anyone would want to purchase this product because it just doesn't work. I wish I could use the lemon, orange and lavender scents with another product. I usually have great regard for Swanson Vitamins and thought they would have tested the products before offering them for sale in their store. I will continue to purchase from Swanson but will not purchase this item ever again.

I do not understand the negative reviews. Other websites have great reviews of this diffuser. Maybe they aren't using a good oil. This works too good. I put a few drops of peppermint and lemon on the pad and I can only have it plugged in for a half hour at a time. The smell is so strong and the oil lasts a long time. I'm going to get another for my downstairs. I love it. Can't even tell I have 3 dogs and 3 cats anymore.

Save the money you would spend on this product for another diffuser. I am highly disappointed with this product. I called the company I purchased it from and asked if they'd had any feedback, and they responded in the negative and sent me a replacement. Even after soaking the pad with oil(s), the aroma takes a while to diffuse and lasts only minutes. I have to be right by the diffuser to smell it. To me, I find placing oil(s) in some water and heating that on a candle warmer is much more effective.

I bought this diffuser to use essential oils to fragrance my home. The scent pad just sits loosely in the front of the unit. My cats, Ike and Tina, could easily get the pad out, as could children, or any other pet curious about the smell. I would not recommend this unit to anyone! This is a very poor design!

what a piece of product really does not work will return

I am not happy with this item. You must use oil everyday, scent does not last at all on the diffuser.
