Nature's Truth Ultra-Sonic Aromatherapy Wood-Look Diffuser with USB Adapter

bought a month ago!!! I use essential oils w/ this diffuser/humidifier and I notice a positive impact in my dry skin. I have eczema so having the natural oils helps combat this. I see sum comments about faulty saudering n stuff but honestly, for a cheap little product, its job is done. I use Nature's Truth Melatonin gummies n I have a positive impression on the brand !!

Worked well for almost 24 hours then wouldn't stay on after repeated attempts. Dumped out water mixture and refilled with new water and 7 drops of Tea Tree Oil. Worked 15 minutes and stopped. Watched YT video and found out PC Board is getting wet effecting the operation of diffuser. No permanent fix for this known problem. SMH

Bought this at our local food lion. Now it was okay at first but now I can't get it to turn on. Reduced the amount of liquid, wouldn't work. Dumped out liquid with new water with even fewer drops of oil and it won't click on no matter how many times I pressed the button. Plugging in the cord makes it flash, but no flashing when pressing the button. Nowhere in the manual does it say how to remedy this. Can't figure out the solution if there's any.

After about a week, the light blinks a few times when I turn in on and then goes off. Wish I could find some troubleshooting page, but there's not "support" section on the web page.

Why only works when is plugged? New first time using it!!!

This mini diffuser worked for a few days and then now won't even turn on. The light turns on when I plug it in but I can't get anything else to happen. Is there a troubleshooting option?

Mini diffuser, simple but works so well, I would recommend it to my friends as the price fit me

I used this 3 times and the button stopped working to turn off and on.

i bought this product about a month ago and already quit working..ugh!! was working fine with the oils i bought to go along with it. simply plugged into our computers here at work,using the USB it requires to plug in. do not understand and feel that it shouldn't of "took a dump" after only 1-2 weeks of using. i would have it running for hours throughout the day too.

It keeps spaying water even when it barely full makes big mess

I got it at a deirburgs because I thought it would be cute to have running in my room but when I got home i plugged it in and put water and the essential oil in the water I watched a video on how to use it and it worked perfectly fine but for me I don’t know if I did something wrong I tried taking it apart and seeing what was wrong with it it could just be mine also the white light kept blinking and then turning off so I don’t know

Mini diffuser doesn’t work. Only blinks 3 times and light flickers when blinking. Defective product.

I just baught the 'Mini Diffuser' the instruction manual is impossible to read. Even your online instructions are printed very small. What about us senior citizens even with a magnifier and glasses on it was difficul.

I bought this diffuser about 4 days ago. Very useful, & really makes the one full room smell so great. Love that it is on the go friendly. Small but still works its magic! Amazing.

Have been using for several years. It is simple, and is sufficient for a single room 10x12 feet.

After maybe ten minutes of use my diffuser started blinking and then shut off. As there is no clearly marked fill line (although the directions state this is) it took me a good half hour of playing around with things before I realized that I had not sufficiently filled the reservoir to keep it running. As there were little drops of water spitting out the top no matter what the water level is, that was no help either, plus it made a mess of the area it was sitting on-thank goodness it wasn't wood!

I purchased this little Aromatherapy Wood-Look Diffuser from Piping Rock and its a great little product - small but mighty! I use this diffuser daily in my kitchen to eliminate food odours and freshen the air. It did get clogged a little because I use it daily but added a drop of dish detergent along with the essential oils and it works like a charm! I love the little changing colors and can leave it on the counter because it automatically shuts off. It has a few different settings but I find that I like the first one that diffuses for a few hours then shuts off. The price was great, I purchased it during one of those wonderful Piping Rock sales - I've looked up similar products in my area and they were twice the price so I think its a good value for the price too. It's worth adding to your aromatherapy or just a daily boost of lovely scents.
