A: Hi shampoojunkie - Thanks for asking! The Bamboo Lattice Plug-In does not have a removeable wax tray. There is a lid that is removable, but the wax tray that the wax sits on/in is not removeable. We hope this helps! - Jerith

Q: Does the wax melter twist around so the plug can fit into outlets that go in different directions? The one featured in the picture has a sideways plug.

It was great until it started leaking wax onto the countertop below it. The seams didn’t hold up and the melted wax somehow seeped through. Was horrible to try to get off the counters.

If I could give no stars I would. The product stopped working within minutes of me plugging it in. The lightbulb burnt out right away, I should’ve read the reviews. I ordered a replacement hoping it was just a bad warmer I got but unfortunately it happened for a 2nd time. Do not purchase!

Order this wax warmer. Received a bronze color one. Similar to this. When I opened it up.. it was a used warmer with old wax melted in it and a blown bulb. I’m very very disappointed! How could this happen? I contacted Target multiple times. Even sent them a tweet on Twitter. Supposedly it is being handled but I haven’t received a response back yet from Target. I want to know why and how this happened!
