Q: How do you clean the wax once it's melted?

A: A second method for removing wax with a cotton ball, is to drop a cotton ball into the wax while its still melted. It will soak up all the wax. Depending on size of wax cube, you may need two cotton balls to get it all. It should the need for any additional wax clean up be minimal – if needed at all. Just make sure to remove the cotton ball as soon as it absorbs the wax. Probably a fire hazard to leave it in there for too long while plugged in. Hope this helps!

After removing as much wax as possible, take a cotton ball or pad and soak it in rubbing alcohol. Use the alcohol-soaked cotton ball to clean any remaining wax residue or stains on your wax warmer. The alcohol will help to dissolve the wax and remove any stains, leaving your wax warmer looking and smelling like new. Hope this helps! - Kris

I bought this wax warmer about 2 weeks ago. It looked really pretty and melted the bees wax well. The light is brighter than I wanted or needed but worked well. I just went to move it into my livingroom and in efforrs to unplug it, the lid slipped off and shattered. I cant even find replacement lids.

Was unplugging it and lid slid off and busted! They need to provide extra lids that clamp on as replacements. Bad design, but looks pretty 😞

Do not buy!
Terrible! So cute in theory but it’s a very bulky plug in and the glass lid slides right off and shatters easily. Had this happen to both warmers.

Cute, but doesnt do its job!
I’ve never been able to smell a thing when I use this warmer. I have tried 3 brands of wax melts and different bulbs, and this never filled even a small room with scent. Other reviews said similar things. Don’t buy this, just get a warmer from Hobby Lobby for cheaper. Those ones do a great job.

Great BUT you have to diy some things
ok so this little thing is perfect. I prefer to do oil warming with pure essential oil and needed a plug in warmer that had a lid. honestly? even if i did have the wax cubes id still want a lid. lovely surprise that this looks nice, has a lid, AND a removable dish. the problem... things do NOT sit nicely. they should've spent the pennies it would've taken to add some rubber on the lips of the lid and dish so it wouldnt clank around. I had to do some diying and used food jar sealers to help. you could also use silicone to make it more flush.

The Best Wax Warmer
I love the Threshold ribbed glass wall plug-in wax warmer so much that I bought 6 of them. I love that these warmers can be used as a night light as well, it’s like a a two for one. I will be ordering more of these warmers so my home will pretty much have one in each room.
