  • A: you have to unscrew the pole from top & bottom. once both unscrewed push black cord inside until desired height & then screw back in pole. after that it should be sturdy :)

    Difficult to adjust height

    Very difficult to raise/lower the shade! I think you have to kinda feed the wire through the pole, but I can't get it to work for me. Maybe mine is faulty.

    Stopped working after 6 months

    I bought this heated lamp 6 months ago and it worked well at first but then it slowly stopped getting as hot and today it is not turning on. I contacted customer service and they won’t do anything since it’s out of the 3 month return window. So if you’re looking for a quality product that will last you awhile, this is not it!
