Very difficult to raise/lower the shade! I think you have to kinda feed the wire through the pole, but I can't get it to work for me. Maybe mine is faulty.

Stopped working after 6 months
I bought this heated lamp 6 months ago and it worked well at first but then it slowly stopped getting as hot and today it is not turning on. I contacted customer service and they won’t do anything since it’s out of the 3 month return window. So if you’re looking for a quality product that will last you awhile, this is not it!

Well opened it put of the box plugged it in and light came on all of two seconds and then it died. Such a bummer The reviews were mixed and It just sucks I got as a white elephant gift and just nope. going back to store asap
