Use it every day!
There must have been a faulty batch made! Many reviews say the product stopped working shortly after purchase. I use mine every day in my home office and haven't had any issues. I like that it has a timer so I never have to worry about accidentally leaving it on. I also like that it's a candle warmer and wax melt in one. I would purchase again for a gift.

Stopped working after 1 use!!
Only used it once and then it stopped working. Came home to find it turned on by itself, extremely hot and wouldn’t turn off. Button stopped working. Terrible item.

Broken within 2 Weeks
I just got this candle warmer and it already broke. I got this about 2/3 weeks ago and only used it a couple times. The button that turns it on is no longer lighting up or working. It was great up until the button/electrical system crapped out :(

Cheaper warmers work better.
Mine hasn’t died.. yet.. but Ive been using a single wick candle from bath and body works. It will not heat up the candle. It melts about 0.5” from the bottom of the candle and that’s as far as it gets. It definitely wouldn’t heat up a full size. I’ll be returning it.

Died after only one week of use
After one week of use, the warmer stopped turning on. I was using the middle setting of four hours every evening. Now it’s not turning on at all. The power timer when plugged in has a green light appear for all three settings (2hr, 4hr, & 8hr) but the off/on light doesn’t light up and the (push) button doesn’t change anything. So essentially it is a nonfunctional decoration piece. Unfortunately, I purchased it at a very busy time and so I believe I missed the deadline to exchange or get a refund.

Worked for a week
Absolutely loved this when I first got it but it stopped working after about a week. Very disappointed not only because it was the perfect looking wax melt, but also because it is so incredibly wasteful to sell such a low quality item. I hate that it is just garbage now. Hoping the one I gave away as a Christmas gift lasts a bit longer.

Back in October, I found this warmer in mint condition at a thrift store. I absolutely love it, I even purchased a second one at target. The warmer is sturdy and has a good weight. The bowl is large enough to fit 3-4 cubes at a time. It melts the wax evenly. The throw is amazing!!! Plus, the timer is an added bonus.
