Aussie, you see several recent bad reviews about a product that we used to LOVE! You keep responding that there was no formula change, but why would so many loyal customers tell you otherwise? Rather than responding that the product is fine and we, the customers, must be using it incorrectly, why not look into our complaints? We clearly know that something is not right with the "new packaging" because the product doesn't work the same. Please listen to your customers and please fix this. Thank you!

Aussie says it's just a new bottle/new look, but the product is NOT THE SAME. The old curl defining oil worked great. This new moisturizing oil does not help define curls. It's heavy and greasy. BRING BACK THE OLD PRODUCT, PLEASE! Do not buy this one, you'll be disappointed.

So disappointed, why change a good thing??? Cheaper to make? Likely. Does not work the same at all. I respect honesty, also very disappointed in the "no change" claim. While the ingredients are the same, the formula is not. Aussie has increased the amount of coconut oil and decreased the amount of jojoba. Totally changes the product. Less fragrance as well, but that's irrelevant.

I loved curl defining oil . It made my wavy hair curly. I tried using the moisture oil in the same manner. It came out lifeless and flat. I know you claim it's the same formula, but for me it's not. These two products have both been available for some time. Why are they now being called the same product. So disappointing! Time to find another product line

I’ve used the curl defining oil for years and it was great for my hair - defined my curls and provided needed moisture. I’ve used this new, supposedly the same, product twice (to verify it’s the product and not the weather) and my hair is a frizzy mess now. Bring back the original!

This is just what I was looking for! I was looking for something for my 8 month old to enhance his little curls for family pictures. He had beautiful curls, but they needed to be tamed! I am so pleased with the results! I would highly recommend it! It didn't leave his hair greasy. I applied a small amount when his hair was wet and the curls were perfect!

Try using less than you normally would and see if that makes a difference for you. Also, hair is usually frizzy if it's not conditioned well enough. This product is not clean ... I don't know why it is labeled as such. Cyclopentasiloxane is bad for the environment, aquatic life and probably people. It is banned in other places.
