Aveda Botanical Repair Strengthening Conditioner

To be fair, I'm not very impressed. I bought the 1 litre bottle, it's just an average conditioner, not reach and creamy how I thought I would be. It doesn't leave my hair nourished and silky, it is extremely expensive for what it is.

Purchased in a trial/travel size initially to make sure it suited my hair type. Used the conditioner after the matching shampoo. My wet hair was very easy to comb through after use. Lovely light fragrance. Conditioner did not weigh my hair down or leave a residue. Hair looks soft and nourished after use and hair remains easy to detangle the day after use. Have since purchased a larger size of the Conditioner.

The conditioner arrived with a cracked bottom and there was no factory seal on the product. I’ve used this product and it doesn’t look or smell the same. Must return.

I've been using this conditioner for several years now & it leaves my hair nice and soft and tangle free. Like the consistency but it is difficult to get out the last drops from the container.

Moisture and smell are lovely and its not heavy for my fine hair. Have repurchased at least 3 times already.

I had to use a lot of conditioner to get all of the ends of my hair . Did not like the result after washing off. Did not feel conditioned. Do not like the smell but that is my preference some people may like it

I have been using Botanical products since their launch. A great nourishing conditioner that leaves my hair feeling soft and cleansed.

I've been purchasing this product since it launched. I'm a loyal Aveda customer of 30 years. I always buy the litre sizes of shampoo and conditioner. They've been great until recently. I've bought this product many many times over since it launched. But the most recent purchase has been extremely disappointing! The formulation has changed dramatically! It's very liquid as apposed to thick! I used to go through more of the shampoo than the conditioner. Now it's the other way around. You can't treat long standing loyal customer this way. Changing a formulation without informing customers is misleading. The most recent purchase was sent back as I thought it was a faulty batch. When I reordered the conditioner it was the same liquidy formula. You simply can't treat longstanding, regular, loyal customers this way. This is one of your most expensive products! And until recently, I've purchased it time and time again because it worked on my dry,long and thick hair. Now I'll have to look elsewhere for something similar. Please look into this and investigate what's happening.

This conditioner, as well as the shampoo, has saved my hair! I thought my hair was dehydrated, but my stylist said the dryness is actually called from damage. He recommended this range, and it's made my hair feel SO healthy, soft and silky again! Would highly recommend.

This is genuinely the best conditioner I've used. It smells incredible, and my hair looks so much more healthy after using it (I have bleached blonde hair!). Would highly recommend

I really don't like the smell of this conditioner!! It doesn't stay in my hair though so that's not too bad, just dreadful in the shower! I like 'natural' herby smells but not this one! HAVING SAID THAT IT'S MADE AN ENORMOUS DIFFERENCE TO MY HAIR!! I'll cope with the smell!
